I am a qualified professional life coach as well as being a speaker and author. I specialise in promoting positive change in people’s lives, and on tackling anger issues and stress.
I love what I do and it shows in my work and commitment to you getting results. After positively transforming my own life after challenging times I have first hand experience of what it takes to overcome life’s difficulties.
My work involves creating a safe, confidential and trusting environment in order to discover new possibilities for yourself.
Coaching is a fantastic way to gain clarity, confidence and motivation in all areas of your life. It helps you to set goals, create new skills and behaviour, and develop new strategies to ensure issues are tackled positively and effectively.
Everyone is different and has their own barriers and issues so I offer bespoke sessions and follow up sessions tailored to meet your individual needs.
I genuinely care about those that I work with and love seeing my clients overcome everything from a lack of confidence to anger issues, relationship struggles to managing change.
My approach to coaching is different in that I also offer face to face sessions outdoors - no matter the weather. For me there is a sense of freedom in being outside, not least because many of us increasingly spend time indoors, whether that be in the office, the car, public transport or at home. I have found that getting outside helps facilitate positive change and offers an excellent alternative way of working for face to face sessions. However I also offer sessions in comfortable treatment rooms or by Skype and telephone.
Confidentiality is enormously important to me and I treat yours with the utmost respect.
My training, work experience and any achievement
I trained at the Thoughtitude training school under June O’ Driscoll and gained my Accredited Diploma in Coach Training (ADCT) as well as becoming a licensed practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming under the Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming led by Dr Richard Bandler. I have helped many people from all over the world positively transform their lives for the better and love the work that I do.
My commitment to ongoing daily learning is total in order to best serve those I work with. From attending seminars to studying under great mentors, from reading to online study, I will never stop improving myself. Further Information

When working together we do not seek to eliminate your anger - for that is impossible. Rather, you will discover how to put it to productive use so that it works for you instead of against you.
